How can I help?
- As a solutions broker, I'm happy to take the risk and invest some time to understand your problem.
- Once I get a rough idea of the problem, then I will ruminate on that for a few days and get back to with a "Yes I can help" or "No I can't" answer.
- The most common solutions I broker are; 1. Project Resources (i.e specialist or a team) 2. A system, tool or a methodology
- You don't pay me anything, if I managed to broker the right solution, then I get paid from the suppliers. It's a three way win, for you, me and the supply team.
- Most of my supply teams are niche technology solution providers; they are extremely good in what they do but weak at getting out and promoting themselves. Thus, I'm known as 'the voice of the small guy'.
